退款政策

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction so we will happily accept returns in accordance with the following Return Policy:

Main Policy

Winona can only accept returns for items purchased through www.winonashop.com. Items purchased from another retailer or elsewhere should be returned to their original point of purchase.

We have a 30-days return policy, which mean you may refund or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days from delivery, no returns will be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are free if the Items you received is wrong or damaged or other quality issues, otherwise you need pay for shipping charges. 


Refund process


1. Please contact us at customerservice@winona.cn to start a return, with the following details: the order number, the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return, and the products photo.

2. Return address: Online Seller RMA , 18501 Arenth Ave  #72609222 ,  City of Industry  California  91748  US. Please contact us first to confirm the return information before shipping the products to this address. Please do not shipping directly to this address without confirmation with us, otherwise the logistics will reject it.

3. Once we receive the items and approve the return, a refund will be returned to your original payment method.

4. All return refunds are processed within approximately 5 days upon arrival at our distribution center. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Damage, Defective or Wrong Items

Please check your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us at customerservice@winona.cn and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number. If the product is deemed defective, we will replace the product and send you a replacement at no additional charge within 10-15 days.

If you do not notify us of a defective or damaged product, we will assume the product was not damaged or defective when you received it. If a damaged item is returned without notifying us of the damage, we will not be able to process the return.
